Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. We do not ask for consent to use them, consistent with the “strictly necessary” exemption recognized under PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25.

• Authentication and session. Cookies that keep you signed in to your SpaceNextDoor Account and maintain your session as you navigate the Service.
• Security. Cookies that help protect against cross-site request forgery and other attacks, and that support the CAPTCHA features described in our Privacy Policy.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention. Cookies set by Stripe during checkout and Host payout setup, used to process payments and detect fraudulent activity. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy at: https://stripe.com/privacy.
• Identity verification. Cookies set by our third-party identity-verification providers during the account or Listing verification flow described in our Privacy Policy, used to complete that verification session.
• Infrastructure and load balancing. Cookies used by our hosting infrastructure to route requests and maintain site reliability.

• Mapping. Cookies set by Mapbox to display and let you interact with maps of Space locations on the Service. See Mapbox’s privacy practices at: https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy.

Analytics Cookies

None in use at this time. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics tool on the Service.

Advertising and Marketing Cookies

None in use at this time. We do not currently use interest-based advertising, ad retargeting, or third-party marketing pixels on the Service.

Because we currently deploy only strictly necessary cookies, no separate cookie-consent action is required to use the Service as it exists today.
